Reservation fee: Cottages $ 25 / cottage,  Holidays $ 50 / cottage

• Cottages:
• Cancellations for holidays and group reservations must be made no less than 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations for other reservations must be made no less than 7 days before the arrival date
• Reservations made within the cancellation period will have 48 hours before arrival date to cancel without penalty.
• Failure to cancel will cause one night charge / unit
• No refunds for early departures.
• RV sites and Tent sites:
• Holiday reservations must be canceled no less than 7 days before arrival date.
• Failure to cancel will cause one night charge / unit
• No refunds for early departures.
